Whole Learning Approach® for my Courses (classroom courses and on-line)
Bring participants up to the 3rd
Level of Learning (facilitate a process to allow them to know enough so they know what questions to ask and what specific
knowledge to seek - not to make them expert in all areas). This model involves
teaching pedagogy utilizing a combination of Bloom's Taxonomy (six thinking skills) and
Howard Gardner's Intelligences (seven intelligences), as related to learning
styles.

have evolved the matrix as follows, for use in all of my classes:

In my courses, I utilize
activities that cover a broad spectrum of matrix cells. This provides
pedagogy (andragogy) that appeals to various learning styles and intelligence
levels.
