Audrey Tautou started working in television and cinema very early in life. She received the Cesar (French Oscar) for Best Aspiring Actress at the age of 20 for her role in Venus Beauty Institute.  (1999)
 
In 2001 Audrey Tautou became world-famous as Amélie  in Jean-Pierre Jeunet's movie "The Fabulous Destiny of Amelie Poulin" (2001)

  Started studying drama in her teens. But also studied literature at the university. She speaks excellent English.
